As Warehouse Manager, Pablo makes sure CIR's trucks and equipment are in good operating order and that the right material gets to the right job. Joining CIR as a driver, Pablo demonstrated leadership ability and organizational skills that propelled him to a supervisory role in just a few months. A few years later, he found himself in charge of the company's entire complement of drivers and warehouse employees. He is a valued face "behind the scenes" at CIR.
