As CIR's production administrator since April 2008, Joy organizes all incoming work orders to enable the scheduling of work crews. Maintaining constant contact with CIR's work force, she is responsible for the logistics that enable jobs to run smoothly. With five years of construction experience behind her, Joy takes pride in finding new ways to make CIR's production department as efficient as possible.
